Real Estate Law

In line with our deeply rooted experience and knowledge about abandoned properties (Emval-i metruke), we provide legal consultancy and advocacy services related to revocation and registration of real and legal persons’ properties, determination of compensation, expropriation conflicts, and cadastral transactions, alongside with the pre-emption rights, elimination of partnership, actio negatoria and adequate pay lawsuits and other related services. In the field of real estate law, we also represent investors, developers, managers and financiers, building inspection companies and other stakeholders.

Foundations Law

We provide a variety of services to our clients in line with our experience and know-how regarding resolving issues and conflicts faced by the foundations, which have many distinguishing legal features. We pursue the initiation and execution of all necessary lawsuits and proceedings. We provide advocacy and consultancy services to all foundations, including minority foundations, with a congruous perspective.

Inheritance Law

We use our experience in providing legal consultancy and advocacy services in all areas of inheritance law with a broad perspective, such as inheritance disputes, determination of inheritance, cancellation or enforcement of will, deed cancellation and registration cases arising from collusive actions of the heir, and other related services.

Contracts Law

Although the term "contract" initially brings only debt-generating contracts to mind, the concept of "contract" includes not only debt-generating contracts, but also other contracts in the field of private law such as property, inheritance, family and persons law, as well as contracts related to administrative law. It even includes social agreements (constitutions) in which relations between individual and state are regulated.
